Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Svarog (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Requirements

The App requires HomeKit-compatible lights already set up in the Apple Home app, and an iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will correctly recognize every room or device in every condition.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Purchases & refunds

Svarog offers one in-app purchase ("Unlimited Rooms," one-time, non-consumable). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement governs the transaction. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by the developer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised terms at this same address.
